Posting Details Issue on Website and App

Posting Details Issue on Website and App

With stays from last week, I can't see the details on earnings on either the app or website. If I expand the stay details, it just has a loading wheel but never loads.

Previous stays before last week expand fine. It seems like a website and app glitch, wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

World of Hyatt Concierge in case they have any insight.

Seeing the same issue - tho' only have seen the issue via website at this point and not tried to open the app yet.

I am having the exact same issue with stay that ended 3/1 no details on the app and a spinning hour glass on the website for that stay only.

I tried to report to hyatt but got a canned response telling me to clear my cache. Not the answer if on two different devices.

Needs to be investigated.

I'm having the same issue both website and app. March 4 check out, FWIW.

Same issue for 2 different stays, checkout February 27 and checkout March 1.
