Did you try to making a booking? It appears there are multiple Dreams properties in PV, checking random dates found points availability at some or all of the properties.

I can't find this one listed on hyatt's website - it's the all inclusive

Again, checking random dates in the near future and next spring, I see availability for cash rates in the near future and points availability next year at that hotel.
