Snip from the T&Cs below, should be fine.
World of Hyatt Tier-Qualifying Night credits are valid from the date of issuance through December 31st of the same calendar year, however, please note that World of Hyatt Tier-Qualifying Night Credits awarded for 2021 nights will apply to status for 2021 even if issued and/or received in 2022.

looks like they pulled it. Was supposed to go through 9/30 which is weird
edit: looks like it's back on the signup page now. Weird. Still apply by 9/30

Just had my double nights posted to my account. Shows up as "Reward bonus" with 4 EQN. Had 2 stays since August 16th, 2 nights each. 1 stay was prior to applying for the card and 1 stay was after, so that confirms that the bonus is retroactive. I applied on 9/7 and my next statement doesn't close until 10/19.

All 25 of my bonus nights posted today. Haven't even paid the first bill for the card yet. Have hit minimum spend but no bonus points yet.
Got my 40 night bonus and TSU email tonight.

I also got 3 nights just posted to my account, assuming they are the double nights from a 3 night stay I had late August, a week after being approved for the card.
interestingly enough, it’s been 2 weeks now since I’ve reached out to chase asking them to confirm this offer was even part of my account. Have not heard back on an official response from “Marketing” yet.

For the piece in bold, it's best to assume/plan for only the last 3 counting. But often Hyatt promos are based on checkout date only so it may end up doubling the entire 20 nights. So if you're going to do it then it's definitely worth taking the chance and signing up ASAP in the hope that you end up with 40 nights.

Yep 4 nights here. All is right in the world again.
well not really but I’m happy this posted in a somewhat reasonable time frame. Guess I’ll expect the next round at the end of next month.

My five nights posted here. As a data point, two of my five were paid, two were award nights using points, and one was a free night award. All were doubled. My statement closes on the 7th so there doesn't seem to be a relationship with that. If I were a betting person I'd be looking on the last Monday of the month going forward.

Got my three nights from an August stay as well. Just finished a stay at Bellagio in Vegas and received the standard credit for that. Interested to see if those nights get doubled too when they post the next batch of double night credits.
