Highest Cents (/Dollars) Per Point Redemptions?

I came across this beauty ($5.45 per point!) and wondered what people’s best “cent per point” redemptions have been?

I’m not equating dollar cost with value here (and I assume the below is an error), but that’s another angle to look at. What do people consider to be their best value redemptions? Clearly very subjective topic - but some that seem to come up a lot are:

Ventana Big Sur, given it’s otherwise high price point and current (near) “all inclusive” offering

Andaz Maui, generally pretty high price point and one of the better properties in Maui

Hotel seems to have correct rate on its own site and other travel sites.
Hyatt site is showing $100k for Dec, I assume it's the dummy rate they set for hyatt site.

Great cash rate, but the resort fees kill the deal

My understanding is if you no-show, you don't just lose your points; you pay the cash rate. So my advice is to show up!

Along the same lines... surely this is one of the best cash rates ever? Getting paid $77 a night to stay at a property is pretty darn good.

I believe that's the "involuntary kidney donor" package.

Conference rates in SF would definitely create insane point redemption values. Myself, I use points in the Bay Area for Ventana and Napa Valley (St. Helena) Alilas.

Over Christmas and New Years you can get a pretty good CPP at a lot of places. After taxes and fees, I'm getting just over 10 cents/point at Andaz Papagayo.

But can you get suite availability there if you book now?

You can't even get regular availability now. They've never opened up suite availability (I check exactly when it opened and have an automated search to alert me).

I have the OHA on too.
Seems like you gotta book suites here 6-12 months in advance to get lucky.
