To which year will the stay be credited?

Question: I started a stay on December 23 and will check out on January 1. Does anyone have any experiences/know to which year will my elite nights be credited? To 2020 or 2021? Thanks.

They will all credit to 2021. If you've registered for the Bonus Journeys promo, you'll get double elite nights, all for 2021.

I had a stay from Dec 28 - Jan 3. I hit 61 nights with this stay but checked out on Jan 3 so all nights were credited to 2021. Given this I was not credited my cat 1-7 voucher for reaching 60 nights. Will Hyatt split these nights between 2020 and 2021 if I call?

So far my nights have not posted at all. Called Hyatt and was told that because I stayed at a Destination portfolio hotel, those take 7-14 days to post from the time of check out. Not sure if this is true or not since I am new to Hyatt but this is the info I was given.

So your stay is from 12/28-1/3 this stay did not put you over 60 nights at all, rather you earned 12 Nights towards 2021. Hyatt won’t do anything if you call as stays over New Years are always awarded to the next year, never the previous year.

You asked about this 2 days ago in the Newbie thread and your question was answered there. The information you received is correct due to the (poor) state of integration between the Two Roads and Hyatt IT systems.
