World of Hyatt’s new “Pay My Way” feature

I am trying to book the Andez Maui using the "pay my way" for a part point and part cash booking. I found some far out dates that have standard 30k award night available but I can't get the "pay my way" button to appear. Tried the app and multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) on my desktops. I also search a few other property and tried searching different rates but still no luck.
Any help is greatly appreciated as I am stumped at this point. Thanks Flyertalk community.

HR OC does participate. I picked random dates. See screenshot.
what I have learned so far is that the standard room must be available for your full stay to benefit from this option. If it is not available on just 1 night, you cannot use the feature, which actually makes sense.
