Piccadily Hotel Janakpuri (New Delhi) to become Hyatt

The Piccadily Hotel Janakpuri in New Delhi (India) appears to be an independent that is going to be a re-flagged as a Hyatt. Seems it was previously a Hilton in a past incarnation as well based on some older online reviews.

Overall appears to have a good reputation, the location seems pretty nice next to Janakpuri metro station and also seems to be attached to a shopping mall.

Only 11 suites for 200+ rooms, so upgrade chances don't seem that great.

I can't find any reference to when it will become bookable on Hyatt.

I'm assuming Piccadily will be category 1 when it comes onboard, so another option is going to be nice. I have a feeling the Regency will be moving to Category 2 on the next go around (and the Andaz at a 4 is not supported by it's rates, but I think that is politics there on the brand).

Anybody know when reservations will start being accepted as a Hyatt?

Not sure when it will begin accepting reservations, but from what I can tell, it looks like it's poised to be flagged as a Hyatt Centric.

Not sure when the rebrand is supposed to happen as this hotel is still listed as the [misspelled] Piccadily, but according to this LinkedIn profile, it is indeed going to become a Hyatt Centric at some point.
