I'd suggest you to contact you concierge for advance bookings as they have availability and can book starting with May 1st 2022 date onwards. This hotel still remains un-bookable on website/app if you try by yourself as of today March 8th 2022.

Successfully booked a few nights for this September on Thursday 3/10 using points. Originally was looking for this November but after some searching, the concierge I spoke with on the phone said nothing was loaded after September 27th.

Looks like they want to open a month earlier on April 1st. Not an April Fools joke, but surprising they want you to stay while construction is ongoing?
