Alila Kothaifaru Maldives - REVIEW - MASTER THREAD
This one has flown under the radar a bit, but it just popped up on the Hyatt Development page. Alila Villas Maldives - on the island of Kothaifaru in the Maldives - is under construction with a projected October 2020 opening date.
Definitely should be a very exciting and luxurious project and nice to continue to see Hyatt's Luxury portfolio grow.

There are "tons" of projects on the development page. Many never materialize. I'd await any sort of official announcement before putting out hopes
