World of Hyatt - not showing reservations?
 

Anyone having trouble showing any current reservations on worldofhyatt.com and/or app?

No one else??

I see mine on both worldofhyatt.com and the app.

nope. no issues

Strange - my account is showing everything except for any upcoming reservations. Both on App, Hyatt.com, WorldofHyatt.com also tried on both phone and laptop. Even had a stay post that I completed yesterday, but not showing future stays. Hopefully will resolve itself. Called and they said no issue, but then Twitter team says yes couple of reports of this. Weird.

How many reservations are missing and how did you make them? Could be a sign that your WOH# is not attached to the reservation.

I probably have at least 6 or 7 - they were all showing for a long time and now none are showing. I can pull them up individually but can’t add them to my account.

Also just made a new reservation and it won’t show.

Supposedly they are working on this - just odd that it isn’t effecting anyone else on FT.

A few weeks ago I did have an issue in the app with one of my reservations showing up twice and the reservation before it missing. But the website displayed correctly and within a few days it was fixed. I just chalked this up to another tech glitch.
