Not sure if you have any status, but I have a 100% success rate as a Globalist on booking the minimum nights required by the hotel and then emailing my concierge to remove one of the nights.

I recently saw availability at both 30k and 60k, but once I booked the 30k room the hotel showed sold out. I saw something similar years ago with Lufthansa. A flight showed award availability for two seats in F and two seats in Y. After I booked the 2 F seats the Y seats were gone. The availability actually had been two F seats *or* two Y seats.

One 30k night just appeared for November 25, the night before Thanksgiving. King with Fireplace. Oddly there's nothing the preceding or following night, but maybe you'll get lucky and someone will cancel a Thursday night 30k room.
Edited to add: It's now gone, less than an hour after I saw it.

Already planning for Christmas 2021, 3 nights with 2 cert and 30K points. Great availability for December 2021 while Thanksgiving goes the other way. The only thing need to consider would be the expiration dates of the FNs (Dec 31), that if plan changes there's barely a chance to use them somewhere else...

This appears in my booking made entirely with Hyatt points:
Additional Tax, Fees and Service Charges:
SERVICE CHARGE: 90.000
Anyone know what that's about?

Went for the first time this past weekend and had a great time, esp with the 25% off that Hyatt's running across their properties Also, love the fact that all the meals are included - fantastic value!
My question is how many people actually pay the rates listed online, e.g., $1,200 for entry-level, and $2,000+ for suites with hot tub? Or is this property primarily for folk like us to burn their miles on and feel good that the redemption value is awesome? hehe

Well, there is a competing property across the street (Post Ranch Inn) that doesn't take points, and you can see that their rates are similarly four figures a night.
