SLH 137 Pillars, Chiang Mai
 

We have a reservation for this property next week. Was shocked to see a 21 day cancellation period for WOH points bookings, but we are committed anyway.

The WOH website is very explicit about all the benefits not to expect, including breakfast and parking. That said, the SLH Hyatt FAQ said that continental breakfast will be provided. I called the property and they confirmed that they do provide free parking to guests.

Has anyone stayed there? We will be out and about but curious about the experience of others nonetheless.

Very nice hotel, have not stayed there since becoming part of hyatt but I imagine nothing has changed. I prefer to stay at akyra manor (also now SLH) as I now like to stay closer to nimman road now that I have visited old town a few times.

Both the Akyra and the Le Meridien are sold out for our dates, but in any event our time will be spent further northeast of 137 Pillars so it is in the best location for us.

We stayed here right after they started accepting Hyatt points. Our stay was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel especially the service. We were not treated any differently than any other guests. We did get a full breakfast like all the other guests and were assigned a concierge that arranged everything for us-including some great off site meals
