Missing Points Request - How Long to Process?
 

I submitted a Missing Points request via the WOH website; how long do these usually take to process?

PS I did a search and didn't find this. Apologies if it has already been addressed.

Pretty chill forum here :cool:. Had I posted a similar question in the Marriott forum I would have received like 10 responses about how bad Marriott IT sucks, another 5 about their horrible Customer Service and a few lamenting how this was never a problem "back when it was SPG".

Anyone have any insight as to how long it takes to reflect missing stay points?

I never had missing stays. I once had missing points from restaurant consumption a couple of years ago, but that posted, if I recall correctly, within 4-5 days. pretty fast ^
