I am not a Hyatt person, but you folks might want to check your Amex offers list for this one that starts today. Spending requirement should include taxes and fees (final total amount charged by hotel). Unlike most other partner offers, this one is not​​​​ cumulative during the promo period.

any HP/HH locations that sell gift cards?

Have to be corporate owned. Safer to call before hand. Likely they have never sold them before and need training to do so. Also remember to check if they have a pin and aren't old pinless stock.
