Report your experiences in using a globalist confirmed tier suite upgrade certificate at Alila, Destination, Joie de Vivre, Thompson properties.
Name the hotel and the suite type confirmed.

The Cape, a Thompson Hotel
denied via Twitter in Apr 2019 - agent said hotel had not designated a standard suite

Call your Concierge. They can then call the property.... chances are it’s not uploaded but suites are available for TSU.

I just booked a room for early August and used a suite upgrade. The upgrade was to the Thompson Suite, which looks very nice.
