Thanks. Interesting that they didn't include Park MGM in the same group as Luxor/Excalibur/NYNY. Even with the remodel, I felt that Park MGM rooms are in the low end of MGM offerings.

Agree. Park MGM rooms though are newer, but not necessarily nicer. MGM is trying to brand it as a more higher end hotel, but I don't see that happening. But with the addition of Eataly, location, and proximity to the arena, it's not a bad choice if the price is right. But yes, it should be in the same category as the other low end ones IMO.

OTOH, Eataly looked like a nice budget place to eat.

AirBusFan2B, I haven't stayed at Nomad yet; I'm sure you're correct that it's high end. Wanted to eat at Nomad Restaurant but wife wanted Italian so I lost.
I'm not trying to hijack the thread or thread drift it, but the thread topic was pretty much covered in the first post with the link. I just want to add information for those that want to stay at an MLife property.
I recommend checking the MLife website (www.mlife.com), logging in with your MLife number, to check for the best rate. You will get all points, perks, and credits that you'd get if you had booked through the Hyatt.com website but almost always at a lower price.
Make sure you save a copy of your receipt; a lot of my MLife stays have taken at least a week to post. It's been a while, but I had to contact mlife a few times to get everything to post.
As for MLife properties, I agree with @easy_money on MB/Delano. Delano is my favorite MLife property (my wife has a thing for Mirage) but I also find MB to have very nice rooms. The only negative I have about the property (MB/Delano) is location.

How is the Park compared to Signature? Debating between the 2 for July 4th.

Agree that Signature is nicer. Though the rooms are a bit older and showing some aging, it's overall better property. The standard rooms are all bigger and all have a balcony with the exception of the Deluxe. The overall property at MGM is nicer IMO. Pool is better, more dining selections, and activities. Be advised though, if you get stuck at Tower 3, it's about an average of 10 minutes to walk to lobby and/or casino. Though tower 1 and 2 are slightly closer, it's not that much better. If you decide to stay at Signature, ensure you don't get stuck and put in tower 3.

Thanks for the confirmation! … always nice knowing it's not just me that had a poor impression of Park's rooms. The room I stayed at felt like our SLS room back in 2017 during Rock N Rio 2017 - the furnishings/design had a cheapish feel that I'd expect to wear out quickly.
OTOH, Eataly looked like a nice budget place to eat.
