Phone Number for WoH Not Working?
 

I've been trying to call World of Hyatt for two days using (800) 544-9288 . The number doesn't ring. It doesn't do anything. Is there another number to use?

I'm trying to contact WoH to get help with accessing my online account. I got a Chase Hyatt card a few months ago, and it appears they assigned me a Hyatt number, which is listed on the credit card as "Member ID." When I use this number to try to log-in to Hyatt, I use the email address I used when opening my Chase Hyatt account. This goes nowhere, and the message pops up with: Could not validate member account. It also references the above phone number.

Not sure what else to do. Is there an active phone number for WoH that can help me with this.

I just tried calling the US number (888) 344-9288 (which is similar to the number I tried first that was listed on the Hyatt website), and this number doesn't ring either. I don't have international calling on my phone.

I tried dialing an unrelated number to make sure it's not my phone. All good on my end.

What is happening over at WoH regarding their phone lines?

So... just tried to call Hyatt's general reservation line at 1 (888) 591-1234 , and it wouldn't ring either. I called Marriott's tollfree number and had no problem ringing through. Is there a general issue with Hyatt's phone system? (Edited: on my third try, this last number did ring.)

Website appears to be down also at least on my PC. Oddly I can get it to work on phone.

try an incognito window?

Site is fine for me, and the listed globalist number works for me.

I got it to work. Strangely i am having an issue today where it randomly stops loading the hyatt page and i have to close the browser and then it works again. never had that happen before.
