I also had the points deducted from my account after I was given a 10K point bonus points credit for a stay booked Feb 15 to Feb 25 at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun. The stay was a combination of award night reservation bookings as I made I made the bookings over the span of a couple months as free nights opened up for the dates I wanted. I actually had to fill in three different reservation cards when I checked into the hotel because of this. I knew that consecutive nights on different reservations count as 1 stay, but I thought that maybe I got lucky somehow. After a couple of weeks the bonus points were removed from my account with no explanation--I think this is rather poor form on Hyatt's part. I'm not saying I want the points, I just think that a simple message explaining why the points were removed is called for.
A more curious thing that has happened is that I had a three night paid stay at the MGM Grand Vegas a couple of weeks ago (booked through M-Life website). It took about ten days for me to get the stay to appear in my Hyatt account and I received the Hyatt 3 night stay credit, points for what I paid for the room and the 3K bonus according to the terms of the promotion. Today I looked at my account and the 3K bonus was removed--a few days after the 10K bonus for the Ziva stay was removed. I can't see any reason why these points should have been removed. Anyone else?

Wondering if anyone knows how this promo works on a Guest of Honor booking.
- Let's say Member A makes a Guest of Honor booking for Member B.
- Member B stays and gets the night credit.

I did not get the bonus for any night on my latest stay with check out after May 15. I just earned regular points. Anybody else with this issue?
