List of properties that do NOT have to honor late checkout for globs?

Title speaks for itself.... does such a list exist anywhere? Wondering specifically about the HR Orlando but a list would be nice...

You don't need a list, as long as it's not a casino or resort hotel (and nor HRC or Mlife), it must honor 4pm late co to GLOBs.

(e) 4:00 PM Late Checkout: Upon request, Globalists will receive a 4:00 PM late checkout (local hotel time) on day of their departure at Hyatt hotels, provided that (a) late checkout is subject to availability at hotels with a casino, and Hyatt resorts; and (b) late checkout is not offered at Hyatt Residence Club resorts or M life Rewards destinations. (PLEASE NOTE: The distinction between a Hyatt resort and a Hyatt hotel may not always be obvious and Members are encouraged to call Hyatt’s central reservation service for help determining a hotel’s or resort’s designation. Please visit hyatt.com for contact information.)

Then the question is, is there a list of resorts? (casino is kind of obvious)

There used to be a website which listed all Hyatt 'resorts', but it seems to have disappeared and the information is no longer readily available.

I've had Hyatt Regency Sydney try and deny me 4pm checkout due to this clause, stating that they were designated as a resort (seems unlikely). Even the manager on duty wouldn't budge until I mentioned I would be contacting my concierge for a resolution.

Yes, that's what I'm seeking. I wish the list was readily available. Anyone know if HR Orlando is a "resort"?

HR Kyoto again qualifies for another list. It is also listed as a "resort".

Your google skills are better than mine; I tried and could only find lists of all Hyatt hotels & resorts.

How about a wiki for this info? It's useful.

I'm surprised that Tampa Bay isn't a resort.

I presume you are referring to Hyatt Regency Orlando’s Grand Cypress? I was denied a 4pm checkout there last year as it was considered a “resort”.

Grand Cypress and HR Orlando are 2 different properties. We were able to get a 4pm checkout at Grand Cypress about 2 years ago, right after WoH rolled out. They were very confused about the new set of benefits though ...

I'm referring to HR Orlando, not the Grand Cypress.... Anyone know if the list above is, in fact, THE list?

Perhaps that is the list of properties you don't have a right for late check out, but HR Grand Cypress offered me late check out when I checked in for a week long stay (I couldn't use it though - early flight), The Confidante set my late checkout time when I checked in (for a week long stay), and Lake Tahoe had no problem giving me like a 2 PM check out that I requested the morning of. (all of these properties I've stayed at in the last 13 months).

Meanwhile, more than one property not on that list has told me flat out 'no', or given me only an earlier-late-checkout time they would accept.

Interesting, I was proactively offered 4pm checkout at HR Orlando. Very frustrating when there isn’t consistency

They really should just PUBLISH THE LIST... having it be opaque does nobody any good in terms of making plans.... Hyatt Concierge are you out there????
