How long does it take to get the lounge reward certificated when reaching 20 status nights? Is it within minutes of checkout?
I have a 4 night stay at Hyatt in Europe and currently on 19 status nights. Considering booking 1+3 nights separately. After the first night, I would checkout, get the last status night and lounge rewards and apply it to the remaining 3 nights right away.
Do you think it is feasible? It would save me €200 for my stay as I have a use for the lounge so would purchase it anyway.
Any other options how to do it?

The actual stay itself (elite nights and points) doesn't even post that fast, that usually takes a couple days at least. After that posts the club award would post.

The other issue is that Hyatt does not count separate contiguous reservations. So if checking out and then checking back in the same night, the nights won't post til the final checkout occurs.
One would need to stay at a different Hyatt that first night and then switch to the other Hyatt...and of course wait until the certificates are awarded which might take a few days.

Why wouldn't it be plausible? I know Hyatt doesn't do that, but United posts my flights often within a few minutes of landing so it isn't out of the question. But it won't work for the original question with Hyatt since it'll take a day or two to post. But once it posts, you'll get the certificates right away after passing the milestone
Similar, to the airline partner analogy, most hotels are not owned by Hyatt. They are owned by completely different operating companies, with different IT systems, processes/procedures, and priorities. So for example, when I stay at a Hyatt Place in Miami, it often posts quickly (but in no case within minutes). Recent stays I made in Italy at SLH properties often took several days to post.
Furthermore, given that I'm literally not aware of any hotel chain in the entire world that currently posts elite nights, bonus points, and any resultant bonus milestones associated to said stay, "within minutes of checking out" no, I don't think it's plausible.

Well, for starters airlines and hotel chains are very different IT operating models. UA controls their IT stack from end to end and the posting of flights on their own metal. And most importantly, they've made a conscious investment to do that, not all airlines do/have. And if you fly a partner and credit to UA it will most likely not post "a few minutes after landing" as it will have to bubble through both carriers systems before posting.

I had a recent stay that was back to back at the same hotel. The first few nights posted within 24 nights of my first checkout, while I was still at the hotel, and then when I checked out again a few nights later, their system combined the two. So it did post in two separate instances but appears as one.

The one night stay would definitely post to the account and if it earns any Milestones those too would post even if you have a back to back stay book.
Why? Hyatt’s system recognizes them as two separate reservations. So when you check out of the first stay it posts 24 hours later. Then when you check out of the 2nd stay they will both be merged into one stay in your Past Activity because as you mentioned Hyatt counts it as one stay, but this isn’t done until both stays are completed.

Then they went on to describe that they wanted to check out, hope the milestone reward posts, again, apparently within minutes, then immediately check back in to the same hotel and immediately apply said milestone award...
I respect that the poster may not be familiar with Hyatt's systems, but I don't think you have to be in order to apply some basic logic to this question. If the poster has a Hyatt account and knows about club awards, I can deduce they also likely track the posting of their points, elite nights, etc. From there it then seems like it's pretty simple to ask yourself the question, "Hmmm... have I ever, in my entire life, had a hotel stay post to my account within minutes?"
Anyhow, the question has been asked and answered. We can probably move on.
