Can’t cancel res w WoH App
Is anyone else having this issue? I cannot cancel or change my (changeable) reservations in the app. It says I must contact Hyatt. Quite annoying.

As soon as the property touches that reservation in any way (making notes, pre-upgrade you etc) you can't cancel it online or through the app anymore.

Additionally, I have NEVER been able to CHANGE any reservation in the app, irrespetcive if it's an award stay, an upgrade, or the hotel put in a comment.
I am currently holding 10 reservations and none of them can be changed, only cancelled.

Agreed. The app should be able to cancel at will without calling in or getting a hold of Hyatt concierge.
