An “M life-Eligible Night” is any night stayed at an M life Rewards destination where (i) payment is made directly to MGM or the applicable M life Rewards destination (including reservations booked through mlife.com or mgmresorts.com), (ii) the reservation is booked through hyatt.com (subject to the exclusions below), or (iii) the reservation is booked through Hyatt’s central reservation service (subject to the exclusions below). Any night other than as described above will not be considered an M life-Eligible Night, including, without limitation, any nights booked under one of the following booking types or rates: M life Rewards destination complimentary room nights, master account/posting master group bookings, rooms booked on third-party online retailers (such as Expedia.com, Travelocity.com, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Priceline.com, Tripadvisor.com, Inspirato.com, or any other third-party online/mobile travel portal or bookings made directly on Google.com and TripAdvisor Instant Book), traditional wholesale rates (examples include, without limitation, GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Pleasant Holidays, Tourico, and Hotelbeds), airline crew rates, airline employee rates, travel agency employee rates, media rates, Hyatt employee discount rates, airline interrupted-trip vouchers, or contracted rooms. (A “contracted room” is a room that has been reserved pursuant to a written and executed agreement between a hotel or resort and a corporation, government agency, or individual for a negotiated room rate in exchange for an agreed upon number of rooms to be rented for an extended period of time.)

Contrary to what the above says, I've been able to earn Hyatt points/nights from MLife bookings through AMEX FHR.

I do believe I have never received Hyatt points for my Mlife stays and there have been many. My accounts are linked also. However, my reservations are generally made through mlife so I get my mlife tier discounts.

You should have earned points, so definitely file for retroactive credit...

I stayed at Bellagio last month and was thrilled to get Hyatt points for my stay. Iím headed back but have a comp room offer booked through MLife. Can I still earn points on my charges to the room? If I choose to pay the nightly premium for a suite upgrade ($100/night) would I get credit for nights stayed as well since that is sorta a paid room rate?

Yes - your room charges and upgrade costs will both earn points.

If it is booked through MLife, definitely yes.
If it is booked through another method: Maybe. If booked through Citi Prestige (4th night free), Amex FHR, etc then data points say yes, but you don't officially have recourse if it doesn't.

So I guess I must have mistaken about earning Hyatt points with Mlife. I booked via Milife website. Should I expect both points and stay credit in my Hyatt account? Or just stay night?
My recent stay at Signature has not posted anything in my Hyatt account.

You should definitely get both qualifying nights and points since you booked via MLIFE. If it's been more than several days, just contact MLIFE and ensure your Hyatt number was tied to it or have them enter it manually and credit you.

Another thing is to mention your Hyatt number at check-out to make sure they put it in. I had a 3-night comp stay at Bellagio a couple weeks ago (booked via my mlife.com offers) but paid to upgrade to a suite... got night credit + points for the upgrade & F&B expenses.

Thanks All!

I did confirmed with front desk that my Hyatt number is on the reservation while checking out. Guess I should have asked FD to call it out to make sure she was not saying yes to get rid of me.
I did send an email with the folio 2 days ago and have heard nothing back. Will wait till mid next week before I escalate to Hyatt.

Escalating to Hyatt will get you nowhere. You need to escalate with MLife.
