I had a string of grocery purchases and must have hit the 300$ on Feb 11. My credit was posted Feb 13th.

Has anyone who made purchase at drugstore figured out who to call for credit? I known this is a hyatt and visa offer but can someone other than Chase actually make a statement credit vs a refund?

Hm.... This is interesting. I fulfilled my $300 spending on 2/21. No credit so far.
So I checked the MCC for the markets where I made the purchase, and all the local mom&pop grocery stores were fine.
However, my local Shoprite store surprisingly does not even show up in the Visa Supplier Locator.
This is odd because this Shoprite has been here for a very long time, they coded as grocery store without a problem, and took advantage of Chase Pay & Shoprite promo fine as well.
I just hope I get the credit without a hitch, because it doesn't look like there's an easy way to resolve any problem.

I went a local Fry's grocery store yesterday and did the typical $505.95 purchase on Hyatt since my drugstore purchase never showed up. Will see if this one posts.
I needed the GC's anyways so I could pay rent so I don't look at this as a loss even if it doesn't post. Pisses me off a bit though.

Same here. I called Chase and was told that it takes 1 or 2 billing cycles for credit to post. That contradicts what some have posted here. Not sure what to do.

Maybe. If others make purchases and then their statement cuts immediately after, that would be different. I'd at least wait a week after the statement cuts that you spent the $300 before calling.

I hit the $300.00 spend at regular grocery store last week and nothing has posted to my account. Today I called the Chase number on the back of my Hyatt cc and was advised credit would take 6-8 weeks to post.
