Hyatt zilara Cancun "Magic Box"
Ordered room service last year and requested delivery to Magic Box. A knock at the door proclaiming room service. Has anyone actually received service via this magic box?

Bringing this back up, because I recently stayed here (Sept 2020) and was also intrigued by the Magic Box. Yes, it is still promoted by the hotel, but NO, it doesn’t seem to be used. You order service via a tablet, so no where ( or anyone) to ask about Magic Box, and room service arrives via a knock on the door. Also due to COVID, room service is delivered in paper bags, styrofoam containers & plastic utensils.
