Phone Number in WoH Apple Wallet Doesn't Work

Phone Number in WoH Apple Wallet Doesn't Work
I needed to call World of Hyatt today so I did what I usually do and pulled up my card on Apple Wallet and clicked the number under World of Hyatt Customer Service (1-800-228-3360). When I did so, I got a recording saying "You have reached a non working number at Hyatt". A bit bizarre they haven't noticed this, I have the most up to date Apple Wallet card so it's not like this is something old.
