An update on this hotel. I doubt it will be ready in 2019... more 2021.

I walked by when I was there last month, on the way to the Holston House. I saw a fence with the HR sign, but that's about it. One big construction lot. Lots of construction going on in the area. When complete, it should be about a 5 min walk to the Holston House. The Hyatt Place in the other direction from the Holston House is maybe a 10 min walk. All very central to the main strip of bars.

I just booked two nights here in November, not entirely sure if my trip will be happening due to COVID but super intrigued by this new hotel.

Reservations are now open for stays as of October 1st. We did a hardhat tour there last week and they're making good progress. It'll be a gorgeous hotel.
They are participating in Privé as of today and offering a third night free on Privé bookings through March 31st of 2021. And while it's not official yet, it sounds like they're going to be doing something super unique and different for Privé and Virtuoso guests for weekend brunch.

The sales manager just emailed us from the Grand Hyatt Nashville and they are now opening on September 10th.
