Seems okay for me. I haven't seen any emails for the accounts I manage, so I don't know how regular members who don't follow FT (or, I imagine, blogs) would know about the promo yet.

Anyone know how to register for this? I haven't received an email and have a stay starting tomorrow and a couple of other stays this month.

The link was already posted in the thread:

If someone can make a Wiki . . . I don't seem to have the ability.

NM: I DO have the ability. Just not the brains, apparently.

Thanks! I assumed there wasn't one since it wasn't in the first post.

Best indication is probably: have rooms booked through that channel given you nights/stay credit and points in the past? I believe the rules for qualifying nights for the promo are the same as for regular credit.

Those who are BIB diamond would generally have no problem getting the first 5K from this as they have to average 5 nights or a bit over 2 stays each month in any case.

It’ll work well for me as I already have 10 nights booked before end of November. (I doubt I'll get to 15)

Yeah I'll hit 5k as I did the first time this year just through already booked stays. Too bad I have a couple of points stays in here too that I can't afford to switch to cash (LOL HP Nashville $450 a night)

Congrats to Hyatt for having another promo that is open to all.

Thankfully Hyatt has learned that upsetting your best clients isn't such a smart thing to do.

Hopefully Starwood learns from their mistakes.

Yes...eventually. SPG has a lot of targeted promos that drive many top tier customers away.

I'm sure Marriott does the same but I don't patronize Marriott to even know the slightest thing about them.

If a HP is charging $450 per night (except in an expensive major city), it's an excellent bet that p+c rooms aren't available for the dates.

I have no realistic experience at SPG to speak of...So I won't.

However, I am a Platinum Premier at Marriott this year. I have so far spent over 130 BIB nights at Marriott (with another 130 nights of credit from last year's roll-over.)

Due to a combo of this Hyatt promotion, and the awful Marriott fall promotion (50 nights for 50k points? Really?), I have switched all my upcoming stays (4 nights a week, every week, in Herndon, VA) to Hyatt. So next year, I'll be Platinum (maybe Plat Premier) at Marriott, and Diamond at Hyatt.

I guess that means I'm winning the game, right?
