Unlike many of the products Hyatt chooses to stock, this one doesn't contain isothiazolonones, so its a winner for us.

JJ and the Kenet stuff is horrible. Kenet is drying. Generally, this is the worst part about staying at Hyatts.

Le Labo is good of course.

I was told that Hyatt Regency is switching from Kenet MD to Pharmacopia. The new Seattle Regency already has it in stock.

Is that true for All HRs? Sounds like an improvement, though, I am not familiar with it.

I am also not a fan of Kenet stuff, not sure who could be -- Still, it doesn't bother me all that much, I use it (even when the wife always has to pack a liter of her favorite shampoo anyways).

As for Jane Jacobs found at US GHs (and I swear I came across it somewhere else)-- I am a fan of it actually. I like it almost as much as the Bigelow, and about the same as LeLabo.

Most likely Aesop at PH Tokyo and their seasonal house brand at Andaz Tokyo.

A Hyatt executive told me yesterday that he understood that Hyatt was going to standardize on Le Labo at all Park Hyatts but that the Park Hyatt Tokyo may be allowed an exception.

Le Labo has too much perfume in it. I can't use it.

Seoul had an exemption too but I doubt the new GM will fight for it to continue if he can save pennies on the Malaysian made Labo stuff.

I think they are on Corona... me and my wife would be happy with the cheapest disinfection gel, even from Target or Walgreens.

Is it safe for customer after customer to be touching the same containers.
This virus bring a good argument to go back to personal bottles.

Honestly, it's perfectly safe for this (the containers can be easily washed whilst in the shower) but I personally love the personal bottles (they make great souvenirs) so if this results in bringing them back I'm all for it!

(Admitted the among society's least important worries for now, of course...)
