There is no "Tokyo Suite" at the GH. That suite is at PHT.

There are plenty of suites at GHT.

I've just returned from a stay at the Zurich Park Hyatt, and was pleased to find Le Labo Bergamotte 22 toiletries in the room. I booked with points, and was in a regular room. I did see bottles of the Laura Tonnato brand mentioned upthread in the spa area, though.

Not a huge loss, as Laura Tonnato is a nice scent yet nothing to write home about in terms of quality.

The post said a Grand Hyatt Tokyo Suite, not a Grand Hyatt Tokyo Tokyo Suite.

So is it true that Hyatt Place is using Kenet MD products...is lotion now stocked? Also, is it a different formula than what is used at standard Hyatt properties?

Historically they did have lotion. I had heard that it was phased out in September 2017. Does anyone know if HPs still have lotion available?

The Bee Kind is just horrible. Hyatt should be ashamed.

I choose hotels primarily for the free soap they give away. A luxury high-end guest like myself demands won't accept just ANY free soap. It has to be really GOOD free soap.

April Fools.

Seriously, if you're so tender and delicate and special, such that only the most luxurious soap will do, then why not bring your own?

I'm at the HR Crystal City right now. Toiletries are an odd mix of Bigelow Hand Soap, large bottles of Bigelow shampoo, conditioner and bath gel bolted into the shower and one bar of the Dr. Whatever standard HR bath soap.

Portico (made in Canada) at HR Tashkent. Not the greatest stuff but feasible.
