Did they rename DSU's to SUA's?
On the website under "My Awards" it says I have both:

- Suite Upgrade Award - expires Feb 28 2017 - CALL 800-400-2261 OR HYATT IN YOUR REGION TO REDEEM AWARD

- Diamond Suite Upgrade - expired Oct 7 2016 - There is a BOOK link next to this one

Did they rename DSU's to SUA's?

It appears so... mine are called SUAs as well for this year.

Humm under my awards it is completely blank I should still have two unused DSU. Anyone else have this issue? Sounds like I need to call?

Yep all 4 of my DSUs/SUAs are missing though my Hyatt CC night is showing and does have a BOOK button

my DSU/SUA are all missing as well as my award nights. Under award its all blank.
Although I do see my current reservations that include award nights and points nights.

Mine are missing too. My rep sent a message to the website folks with my membership #. I am told I will receive a response when it is fixed.

Talk about problems! I was having totally First World problems when the new site came up a week or so back. I had more DSUs than I thought I should. I was trying to figure out where to use them all before they expired. The stress of it all...

Well, now I'm with the rest of you. No DSUs, no SUAs. Back to Second World problems.
