I speak of the design not the implementation. Looks and feels good but the s/w underneath may be unstable. In fact, login has been an issue today for me. Maybe not enough performance / stress test

Issue:
None of the show receipts work anymore. They all take you to the form to email GP for a copy of the bill vs. bringing up the folio... even for stays I've pulled bills in the last two days from.

This essentially matches my experience of earlier today. I then began to wonder if some FT'er, who got the same message about LT status, took a screen shot, and will now come onto this board to proclaim that he/she will demand that Hyatt honor its comment, about being very close to being awarded LT status.

The 4 suite upgrade certs still show all redeemed - even though 2 of our earlier reservations had already been cancelled.
Had major problems with cancelling C&P bookings online - points not crediting back into account, had to call GP to get it adjusted manually.
The status towards “lifetime diamond” that was showing yesterday has now been corrected to “diamond” - can’t understand how they can screw up like that?!
Do they not do testing prior to rolling out new systems?????
PS: still have not yet received the diamond card and UA pass as of today - July 1st. This year must be a record year for me in terms of frustrations with Hyatt Gold Passport.....

and the pull down menu for select a country for requesting a receipt only has 4 or 5 countries listed. Not helpful for those trying to do expenses on last day of the month...

One of my reservations shows the cancellation policy "Non Refundable/Full Prepayment/No Changes". This is not correct, as I never book non-refundable rates. My corporate rate is normally the same rate as a non-refundable one, but is refundable.
