What's happening with Hyatt Horizons?

This was posted here four months ago, then almost immediately deleted. Any updates?

Good news Hyatt junkies: Hyatt's version of Virtuoso/FHR launch today and it's called Hyatt Horizons.

Still in beta mode but it's good for all bookings made via a pilot program travel agent.

Amenities include.....(on reservations of two nights or more)

1. Welcome amenity that reflects the local destination, selected in hotel’s discretion

2. Daily full breakfast for two (excludes day of arrival), per room

3. Early check-in/late checkout, subject to availability

4. Connecting rooms on booking, subject to confirmation

5. One category room upgrade, subject to confirmation

6. A property credit of $100USD equivalent, in local currency, for bookings of 2 nights or more (excludes third party services or room rate).

Properties involved include ALL Andaz and PH hotels. Word on the street is some Regencys and other hotels will join at the end of the pilot program.

Again, you need to book via a pilot program agent. This is not a status based program, so you'll get the amenities regardless of whether or not you have zero status or you're a Diamond.

Furthermore, you WILL earn points and elite status will be recognized. (Same goes for Virtuoso, but people still wonder...)

Lastly, a Hyatt Horizons rate is identical to BAR.

Perhaps they've killed it off?
