Waiting on a Dec 22-23 stay to post. Watching carefully as it was my 50th night for 2015. Renewed Diamond Status is pending until this stay posts.

Hyatt.com, GoldPassport.com and other related sites are currently down for maintenance.

Umm, wasn't it just down four full days for "maintenance"????

Hyatt's corporate silence on this ongoing fiasco is a bit surprising.

Never experienced anything like this with any other website. It would be interesting to know how much business they have lost due to the poor website.

This and they way the have handled the data breach has really damaged Hyatt's image.

Just got all of my stays posted including 3 Mlife stays that honestly I did not expect to post this year. I guess that may explain the down time this morning.

My 30th stay finally posted sometime this morning and am showing a Feb 2017 Diamond expiration. I suppose I should give them some credit for getting it right prior to Jan 1.

I'm still missing 2 stays. I called last week and the CSR told me he had the right information (but it was wrong). It's very frustrating.. esp with the lack of communication to customers.

All of of my stays in December (7 in total) have posted correctly, and even my last stay from 29th December is now showing correctly in my account including the DIA renewal till Feb.2017.
