It was an upgrade to the GP system... not the generic site, that's why people have started reporting missing stays/points and changes to DSU's.

Since this system maintenance, every time I make a reservation I'm asked to input all my address details on the payment page, even when I'm logged in. My name and credit card details are pre-populated but never my address details.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Are you sure those fields are populated in your Profile?

Yes. I did double-check because that would be logical but my address details haven't disappeared during the system maintenance.

Mine was missing a telephone number after the upgrade, corrected it in my profile and haven't been bothered since....

Hyatt hacked - data breach

It wasn't an upgrade and it wasn't system maintenence. Computers used to process Hyatt payments was HACKED. There was another post on this but the mod prematurely locked it so we can't post on the subject and subsequently the thread got buried. Hush-hush Hyatt:

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/hyatt...-breach-7.html

The list of affected Hyatt locations and respective at-risk dates is available here:

http://www.hyatt.com/protectingourcustomers/hotellist/

Hyatt has arranged for CSID to provide one year of CSID’s Protector services to affected customers at no cost to them. CSID is one of the leading providers of fraud detection solutions and technologies. In order to activate CSID’s Protector coverage, affected customers in the U.S. may visit www.csid.com/hyatt-us and affected customers outside the U.S. may visit www.csid.com/hyatt-intl to complete a secure sign up and enrollment process.

It was locked simply because a new thread with more details was created and we don't want 2 threads running on the same issue. You know well that there is a new thread, you even posted in it.

This issue persists for me. And now all my reservations have once again disappeared from my Gold Passport account.

Stunning, the website is down AGAIN. My TA can't even see inventory, there is no way to reserve at any Hyatt right now.

It's apparent now that the original planned maintenance was solely for the purpose of degrading HGP benefits, not to actually fix the issues plaguing the website.

I think it was a lot more likely to increase security and close holes after the massive PII breach.

I think we need an alert for when the site is actually up.

You can call Hyatt - and Larry, Moe, or Curly will reset your password. It won't change anything, but that is what they do there.
