Like many here, my status is only showing through 2/16. Need to apply a DSU so I'll ask when I call.

This late in the year I'm not too happy to have my account show 24 stays, when I'm sure it showed 25 stays before the maintenance and I've counted 4 times and come up with 25 each time.

MIne is the opposite. I tried making a P+C reservation last night for April; the reservation didn't go through (errored out), but the points were deducted.

I'm in the same boat. I'm on hold right now. Want to book a stay in April and would like to apply a DSU to it, but status ends 2/16.

So before the upgrade it said 24 stays YTD, with one booked for this week. Xmas DSU at the Andaz West Hollywood, which seemed like a nice way to requalify.

Now it says 22 stays. Counting carefully, it appears I actually had 23 stays! So the old system somehow over counted by one, and the new system under counts by one.

As I made my booking decisions based on the message that I needed one more stay to requalify it would be nice if Hyatt honored that, but I don't suppose it will happen.

I don't have the Hyatt CC, unlike some of the other posters with altered stay totals. I did have some manual reposts to add missing amenity points and a few non-stay credits, so maybe one of those had given an extra stay credit by being misposted.

Yes - this is my situation too. I had 24 stays recently with one booked this week. Now the system shows 21 and GP customer service says it is really 23 (after credit card nights added back I guess). I hate finding out that I need another stay with 1 week left in the year!

Down a couple stays. All reservations appear correct. All points balances seem correct. Obviously the stays during the period havent showed up yet. Nice to know Hyatt IT is working effectively and efficiently.

Glad to be able to book stays now... did 4 this AM on points.

He agent confirmed 2/17, but online profile still shows 2/16. He let me apply DSU in April

Tried to apply a DSU to a reservation in May. Was told by Diamond Line that that couldn't be done for P+C reservation. Sent PM to HyattConcierge asking if they could do something. This was their response:

We have a new system which was preventing us from using the current awards past the expiration date. I have adjusted this reservation and new email confirmation has been sent to you.
So be aware that some pushing may be required to use your existing DSU.

Also, the Reservation Details no longer show the room type booked. Without a confirmation mail, there is no longer any way to tell what room you have anymore!

Hopefully they restore history of the account past this year. I can only go back to Jan now to review stay and points, etc history.

Just went off the line with a very unpleasant call with their customer service. After the maintenance my account shows I still have to do 12 nights to receive diamond status until Feb. 2017 , although I´ve completed 74 nights this year and did receive a mail back in September, qualifying as a diamond until 2017. I was told , I had to close my browser and delete cookies and log on again but still the same , after which I was told that I could not have received a email qualifying for Diamond status before the year has ended.
I really don´t get this. So my received and confirmed email does not count and I have to complete 86 nights to qualify for Diamond in 2017.
On top , he was quite stressed and rude at the end. I really like Hyatt , but this really questions if I will give my +140 nights next year to SPG .
Really disappointed by Hyatt.

The fact that they've combined the month and year into one selection box leads me to believe that they will not.

The sole point of this maintenance seems to be to improve performance by eliminating various functionality.
