Seeing the same here. Qualified stays and qualified nights are off by the exact number of stays/nights that I received from the Visa spend benefits.

I made three reservations this evening and after each one I have multiple emails titled "You Account Has Been Updated" along with the traditional email reservation confirm

Hummm I made a 2 week points and cash reservation right before they shut down the system. My reservation is there, but the points have been added back...

My account is also missing 2 credits earned from the Hyatt Visa this year. I'll wait to see if that info will update in the next few days.

Same here... and it's not a Visa thing either, don't have the card.

Assuming that they didn't accomplish what they wanted to with this maintenance, do you think they will have the chutzpah to announce another three day down period in the not-too-distant future?

To be honest, if they could down it for a few more days and get their horrible crap of a website fixed once and for all, I'd be more than happy.

I have lost a few stays and 5 nights and also a bunch of points. Apparently it looks correct on their end though so hoping that this fixes itself in the next day or so.
