Still not able to login to my account. Don't have any status, but was actually hoping to transfer some UR points and make a booking today. Anyone else still shut out? I'm hesitant to transfer the UR points until I can actually log in to my account and make sure they go through.

I'm really not worried a bit. I'm sure it will be fixed in due time. As I said earlier, I requalified in Oct and already received my new credentials.
I'm not getting why people are up in arms about the expiration date. I understand they are upset about not being to make award reservations, but the date, plus requalifying isn't all that important.
At worse, a copy of the folio will easily prove there were enough stays or nights by the end of the year.

My matched status is showing to expire at the end of February 2016.. i had basically switched all my stays to Hyatt due to being matched to Diamond... it's making me nervous as no one seems to have any answer.

I can log in now, but every time I make a reservation I get 3 emails, 1 confirmation email, then 2 others indicating I have made changes to my account... which I have not.

When I try to log in I get an error message: "An unexpected error has occurred while attempting to process your request. Please try again later. For assistance, please contact Hyatt Gold Passport Customer Service at 1-800-30-HYATT or your nearest Worldwide Reservation Center."
I have tried multiple times since this morning and have received the same thing every time.

That's strange
I was able to sign in for the first time since Tuesday morning. The good news:
The interesting development: I was credited for a stay a little over a week ago that I didn't make. Even more interesting is that I can pull the folio of the stay. I don't see the charge for it on any of my credit cards, so I am not concerned that I was charged for a stay that never occurred. However, I am concerned that my name, HGP#, and address were associated with a stay that someone else might have made.
I need to call HGP when I get a chance.
- My past stays were all there.
- My future reservations were all there.
