Was able to apply a DSU ~2pm EST. DSU got in but never received the updated receipt with the price knocked down to the original price.
I had another reservation that I applied a DSU to right before the system went down and had never received updated receipt. Took about 30 minutes and they were able to update that one.
Looks like I'll likely just need to wait on the new one for a couple of days before getting it re-priced appropriately.

I was able to login and did a instant UR->hyatt transfer this morning (PST), and it worked fine. I was also be able to call in and made a C+P booking + DSU upgrade and received the confirmation email with the suite. But tried again this afternoon and now the red letters :}

While speaking to an agent just now (for canceling a reservation...which could not be done online)....he said that everything came back up earlier today. But then, so many users jumped on the site all at once..and the system crashed.
The agents systems are now up and running (according to this one agent) but the customer facing system is currently down after coming back up briefly.

The HyattConcierge Twitter account told me everything was up and running. I sent them a screenshot of the website showing otherwise. No response after that.
Usually when a company make a ridiculous notice of four days downtime during the business week, they're just covering their arse for the worst case scenario. But in Hyatt's case, it looks like that was a stretch goal.

It is 11:34 est and I'm getting the system under maintenance. Not a major issue to me however I can certainly see how some might be a bit upset. Good luck to all.

Yes - this is really frustrating! With such a well publicized system outage, one would think they would be more organized and start back up on time.

I think it's safe to assume things have not gone as planned and that there are some pretty unhappy folks in Hyatt management right now.

Able to login with the mobile site (seeing one stay and four nights less than I had before in my account and two other stays I had still pending to post, missing also a confirmed reservation I had for next year)
The mobile app and full site are still down(!)
This is messy I'm starting to fear there is going to be plenty of adjustments to make. I've never seen anything like this. I work on the IT sector this seems unheard of to me, how can they announce a full 3 day blackout then extend another day without notice, have parts of the system inconsistently up and down , presumedly incomplete restore and we will see what other surprises we will find... This isn't normal , good luck with the "retrospectives", tons of margin for improvement Hyatt.
