Did anybody here manage to score any of the Hyatt packages for sale through Daily Getaways? I was sitting here clicking refresh then as soon as 10:00 came it froze up and by the time it came back up 30 seconds later everything was gone :( Hopefully some here were able to take advantage!

Refreshed feverishly until Buy Now appeared. No freezes however suffered the same fate as you... All on hold.

My DW got 24k... I was shutout for the 40k offer.

I was originally shut out for the 24k offer cause "all were on hold," but retried a few times and ended up getting it.

I managed to get the 40k offer. Amazingly, I tried once and got it right away. :D

Got the 40k package after a few tries. I was very lucky considering they only had 15 packages. :) tried others but nothing...

I had 2 windows open, the 24k and the 40k. I started refreshing about 10 seconds before 1pm EST, it just happens so the 24k 'buy now' button showed up first, then the 40k. I clicked 24k first, then about 1/3 of a second later clicked 40k. I got in on the 24k, not the 40k.

pretty happy about it.

Got in on the 40, 30, and 24. Got two right away and the third later on. No luck on the 72k.

correct me if I'm wrong but weren't these packages limited to one per account?

No, you can only get the same offer once. You are allowed to buy one of each (four total) but the chances of that are pretty slim.

based upon my own experience and the posts above, seems like the chances of getting even one of these pkgs was pretty slim (let alone more then one!).

perhaps next time GP might offer the same # of total points but in smaller amounts giving more folks who want to participate a fairer shot at it.

Could you use a foreign credit card to purchase?

Where do you find these packages? What website?

I got one 72k. Didn't try for the other ones.
