Normally if you click to register when you're already registered, you get a page saying that you've already registered. I've done this sometimes to print evidence that I've registered for something when an email confirmation doesn't appear.

Mod note: thank you for alerting us. I've created a thread dedicated to this promo at http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/hyatt...l#post24132359 - please continue discussions there!

^^^^ Your 1st post was a good one, my friend!

Here's my offer and I already had 21 days booked in that time frame. I will be the first to apologize to Hyatt for thinking that they were trying to exclude Diamond members:

Here’s your exclusive offer — selected just for you. Earn 30,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points after 15 eligible nights at any Hyatt hotel worldwide and thousands more for every additional five nights, up to 25, during our Stay More Play More promotion. Simply stay from January 15 through April 30, 2015. After 25 nights, you’ll earn 65,000 bonus points.

See how the points add up:

Stay Earn Total Points Earned
15 Nights + 30,000 Points = 30,000
20 Nights + 15,000 Points = 45,000
25 Nights + 20,000 Points = 65,000

I get this offer:
Stay Earn Total Points Earned
5 Nights + 5,000 Points = 5,000
10 Nights + 10,000 Points = 15,000
15 Nights + 15,000 Points = 30,000
20 Nights + 20,000 Points = 50,000

...but then I'm ineligible. I hope to get this worked out. I already have 45 nights booked.

OH MY GOD! AWESOME! INCREDIBLE! HOW INNOVATIVE!?!?!11! ...LOLBFFBBQ!

I got 15/30k, 20/45k, 25/60k. Big frigging deal. Thanks Hyatt. Actually a worse promo than the last 20/50k. How predictable. Just what I knew was coming...some variant on Stay X get Y points, but worse than last time.

I don't see anything saying Mlife is excluded so I suppose that is....something.

Diamond member: 20,000 points for 10 nights.

Cant say I'm impressed bc of the hype behind the promo and the relatively higher expectations I have for Hyatt compared to other chains; still better than the majority of other promotions out there tho!

Any advice on new Stay More Play More Targeted promo?

Hi all,

New to the forums and first time poster. I was hoping to hear some thoughts on the possibility of getting a new targeted promo for this.

My targeted offer was 1 stay = 2K bonus points. I had only 1 stay with Hyatt in 2014 (probably the reason for this). I had 40-50 stays with Marriott last year, and I was looking to switch over to another hotel chain for 2015. Targeted nights 50+. This promo is not doing the trick right now.

Is there any way to get a different promo offer? I tried calling the CSR line and spoke with a supervisor, no success. I have 5 stays booked for next week, and a Shanghai trip for end of January. I really want to convert to Hyatt, but there is no Fast Track Diamond Elite Trial at the moment it seems, and this 2K bonus is FAR from appealing...

Revealed the same promo for myself (Diamond). Also registered my Mom, a Plat, and this is what they offered:

Stay Earn Total Points Earned
5 Nights + 5,000 Points = 5,000
10 Nights + 10,000 Points = 15,000
15 Nights + 15,000 Points = 30,000
20 Nights + 20,000 Points = 50,000

Capped at 50k last time, so I don't see how having the ability to hit 60k@25 is really worse for people who stay quite a bit at hyatt properties.

Anyhow, if the promos suck so hard... and you're constantly bent about them... just give up your diamond status and start staying at marriott, SPG, or elsewhere and see how that goes. I've heard Red Roof Inn has some pretty awesome 5* properties.

Welcome to FT. Your user name is so appropriate for today.

You should check about the Diamond challenge that Hyatt has apparently reinstituted. There's at least one thread here on this. Bloggers have also been discussing it, for example see View from the Wing or One Mile at a Time.

Let's try again on 1/12 before we contact Hyatt on this.

Isn't it 65,000 points at 25 nights?

Thanks for your reply. I will be traveling to MSP next Monday ... not looking forward to the 0 degree temps!

Yep, I have read from several forums about the potential reinstatement of a revamped "Quick Qualifying Elite Trial". Tried calling at least 4 or 5 times this week with no luck. Most of the time CSR had no idea what I was talking about. There was once where I was told to call a specific hotel sales group to have them "nominate" me. Did not work. There have been many comments now in the View from the Wing forum that many viewers were having the same trouble.

Trying to give Hyatt some new customer revenue!

Same as me.

Fine with me. I'll do some split-stay weeks and knock that out in 5 weeks' time. The 20k bonus plus the hotel points will seal the deal for us for a trip to Cali later this year. A Hyatt Place very close to where we'll be.

My offer is 20,000 points for 10 nights.

From Hyatt's perspective, 10 nights in 14 weeks should be a gimme for any Diamond who's even thinking of trying to requalify. I have 6 booked already and will have no trouble hitting 10. A bit odd there's no incentive for additional bookings.

There is no Diamond challenge. This has been confirmed by Gold Passport Concierge. No Diamond Challenge.
