No e-mail but was able to play. Ended up with a 15% discount...

Edit- I bet the discount code is not unique and can be used multiple times; I was able to search for rooms using the code while not logged in and using an 'incognito' chrome browser.

Ok I just dug out my sister's Hyatt number. I set it up for her two years ago but she never stayed at a Hyatt. So no stays no points. No credit card. Yet she got to play on her number. She won 10% off a night. Not sure how they are targeting this!

Cue the melodrama about Hyatt not targeting certain people to get the ever so valuable 10% off the Hyatt DAILY rate, or the insanely precious 250 GP points...or even....*gasp*...a sweepstakes entry?! Say it isn't so Hyatt!

I played and ended up with 2 trunks. A choice between 100 GP points or an entry. I went with the entry.

First time ever getting targeted by Hyatt but the stupid link in the email doesn't work and now the the website is down too.
It's another stupid Hyatt gimmick that's driving me away from them.
After my diamond ends next Feb, I'm done with revenue stays at Hyatt.

I tried with me and my wife's account. Got to the room with the trunks, but immediately said I have claimed a reward. Didn't get to pick anything and don't know what my reward is.

Finally got the website to work only to get the same message as you at the end. I'm fairly sure I deserve Diamond membership through '15 as compensation for all of my troubles this evening. You know, emotional distress and all.
