how long for points to return
 

I canceled an award reservation through my iphone app today. For some reason I was unable to do it via my computer but the app allowed it. However, I haven't seen the points return back. Any idea how long it should be (is it supposed to be instantaneous?)?

The only times I get points back instantaneously are when I cancel the reservation over the phone and the CS agent manually deposits the points. Otherwise it can be several days before you see your points again. If you need them for a different reservation I would call the GP and ask them to help.
