Don't know...called and did options 5 and 1. Agent said it takes 72 hours to go through. Still not updated. Anyway, already back from LAS now and have no plans to go back anytime soon so no big deal.

I had the issue of my MLife status not posting as well.

Just emailed both account numbers, DOB, and full name to here and it was fixed within 24 hours. Hope this helps some of you guys.

I did what he said, 5 and then 1 and then spoke to an agent, who then asked for my HGP#. He put me on hold, called Hyatt and verified status. He told me it would take 24 hours, but I logged out and in and my Platinum status was reflected right away.

Mine is still not updated. Was also put on hold, etc but who knows...not going to bother with it as I no longer have any need to stay at any Mlife property.

I said the offer didn't mention it as a comp more like a hotel promotion which my wife could've signed for room and promo and not gambled. The resort credit was a disaster anyway can ownly use at certain restaurants and front desk really didnt know facts. I can see alot of people charging stuff to room thinking they're using credit but will be charge.
IIRC, the Royal Caribbean/MGM link is between RCCL's Casino Royale program and the MGM casinos. Thus, any RCCL promotion at MGM is routed through the casino side. And any time the casino is giving a promo on the hotel side, it's a casino comp.

I've altogether stopped trying to figure out the comps/status situation in Vegas. As someone else said, not worth it for the pennies on the dollar. Nowadays, we go, take however much $ we want to lose on the craps/roulette tables, and piddle around the penny slots when wandering toward meals and shows. In the summer, a day at a pool cabana is also very nice. Much more enjoyable that way, for us at least.

The ONLY thing I miss is being able to cut the taxi line as an MGM Plat, but being Vegas, I've found that chatting up the taxi stand guy and pre-tipping him $10 (or $20 at the fancier properties) works just as well. And quite a bit cheaper than striving for Plat.

This is ridiculous. I've called twice and emailed and still don't have a match. Anyone else still having difficulty? I've been trying to get this done for over 2 weeks now.

I can manage to link the two accounts via the link on Hyatt page and right afterwards my Mlife account shows Gold (am Hyatt Plat), but after logging out and later logging back into the Mlife account my status is back to Sapphire. Odd one, emailed them so lets see.

Parking and Your M life Benefits

MGM Resorts International

Dear Gold Passport Member,

Because you are one of our most valued guests we’re writing to inform you of changes in our parking policy that will not pertain to you, but you may hear about.

MGM Resorts International is taking steps to implement a $90 million parking strategy that will expand parking availability, provide technology upgrades and reduce the hassle and frustration resulting from outdated and inefficient facilities.

In order to fund these investments—and the ongoing maintenance and capital improvements of our parking facilities—we will be instituting fees for self- and valet parking. As a Platinum Member of M life Rewards, you will continue to receive complimentary self- and valet parking benefits.

Self-parking and valet parking will continue to be complimentary for our Gold, Platinum and NOIR M life Rewards members.
All parking is subject to availability.

The environment in Las Vegas has changed dramatically in the decades since amenities like low-quality dining, lodging and free parking were offered to attract customers. Growth in tourism and our local population—including many more cars on our local roadways—requires more parking availability, more efficient, modern parking systems and more frequent maintenance and upgrades to our aging facilities—all of which come at significant cost.

We are committed to continuing to develop the Las Vegas guest experience and hope that you will recognize the improvements during your next trip to one of our Las Vegas resorts.

Click here for a complete overview of our parking policy.

Sincerely,

Lilian Tomovich
Chief Experience Officer

I wish they'd just say "hey, we built a shiny new sports arena behind New York New York, and we don't want sports fans parking in our casinos for free and walking over to the arena"

It's no surprise that anybody who actually frequents the casinos with an mlife card will be exempted from the charges.

Got my Aria stay posted after raising a stay credit request to MLife with copy to Gold Passport. Hyatt responded quickly saying they will coordinate with MLife. Took about 5 working days to get the stay credited after that.
