Proper Compensation
 
If you make a reservation for a room 1 King Bed, Non-Smoking, and you arrive at the hotel and they have a King Bed Smoking or a Non Smoking room with 2 twins. What if any compensation am I entitled to?

With many hotel reservations, these preferences are more or less on request. How many nights was the stay? What sort of property? How profound was your inconvenience? Without knowing more, I would say you might get 1,000 GP points unless there are some other mitigating circumstances. In the future, if bedding is very important, you may want to call the hotel or at least 800CheckIn to verify what kind of an accommodation they have you pre-blocked in to. They can often pre-block something if you request it.
