You'll probably be flooded with comments on the necessity of doing a 'Search'....but before that occurs, I'll add my 2 cents worth:
US-Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress
Europe-Berlin Pottsdammerplatz
Asia-Grand Hyatt Hong Kong
(and of those, the best IMO is the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong).

Best in the World: Grand HKG
Second: Kauai (I would rather be at the one in Kauai, but the one in HKG is great)

I was wondering when this topic would come up AGAIN....its been a couple of months

Anyway, it's always fun to answer these questions.

My votes, in order:

Grand Hong Kong
Grand Bangkok
Grand Shanghai
Grand Bali
Grand Fukuoka

Notice a theme here??

From my perspective, Kauai is a great club too, and the location is better than all of the above, but imho the Asian clubs all offer a better food/drink selection, but that's definitely a minority opinion.

Other than that, the rest all pretty much run together, though I do like the GC in Berlin and the GC in New York as mentioned above, and I've got a special place for RCs in Baltimore and Bellevue (now closed) and the one in Greenwich, but that's because they're almost like my second living room.

Best newcomers:

Mumbai and Kolkata. The 20-year old kid who runs the Mumbai RC is one of the hardest-working, dedicated, friendly Hyatt employees out there.

I'm typing this at the free internet PC in the Paris Charles De Gaulles Hyatt RC which is very, very nice. I'm quite suprised at this Hyatt that I'm trying for the first time. Free Bordeaux, good music, plenty of space and good eats.

Yes, the Hyatt Paris CDG is very nice and has a great club. It's two levels. Very friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel. Last time I stayed there the club had the same wonderful croissants that are served at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine.

I am very impressed with the RC in Sao Paulo - great staff, food, drinks, view, and internet.

The Asian properties certainly provide a higher level of service in the clubs than anything I have seen in the US or elsewhere.

i found the staff at the regency club in berlin to be not too friendly. That is, if you can find them during your stay..It took numerous calls everyday to the front desk. Otherwise, the rc is great!

One of the best experiences in a Regency Club I have had is Hyatt Mainz. It is wonderful hotel but the Club is on the top floor. It over looks the river. You can sit peacefully and watc hthe tug boats go by and see river transporation while sipping good wine or a nice German beer. Hostess Ellen Zimmerman is very helpful. They will get directions, make reservations and even arange a casino trip for you. Drinks are free!

In the morning, breakfast is wonderful. I usually order eggs from the kitchen that are delivered right in the club for you to enjoy.

Please stay at this nice little Hyatt and enjoy yourself.

The quality of the RC in Mainz is very unstable, sometimes great, sometimes not too good (unattended and snacks not refilled etc.). But overall it is a nice modern Hyatt.
