There is not a Lifetime Platinum status. There is Lifetime Diamond status which requires 10 years of Diamond Status and 1,000,000 lifetime Base points (bonus points do not count for qualification).

I'm sure that if you have some sort of activity every year or so, Hyatt would be more than willing to give you lifetime (of the program) membership in gold passport. Lifetime platinum is another thing. I do not believe that they have lifetime platinum as it only takes 5 stays per year to requalify for that level. I believe that lifetime diamond is given after 10 consecutive years as diamond and 1,000,000 earned base points.

Lifetime

I've 787.000 lifetime base points though never able to receive diamond because I have a average of 30 nights a year. But a lot of of those stays I pay for 3 or 4 rooms so points enough but not enough stays or night.. I will mail de GP cust. service and ask them how to get a sort of lifetime membership.

How do you know you have 787,000 base points? The points on you statements are total lifetime points, and include bonus points.

I think the only way to find out your lifttime points is to ask Hyatt to calculate them.

I believe it is at least 10 years as a Diamond plus 1,000,000 base points- not counting bonuses.

This is a common slight mistake in stating the rules. Gold Passport Concierge has confirmed it is 10 years in Gold Passport at any level, plus one million base points. It is not necessary that you maintain diamond for ten years (or in fact even have been diamond ever).

Whether they are counting in Hyatt Place and Summerfield Suites I don't know. A few years ago I had been Diamond for 20 years, but only earned about 600000 base points so am a long way from lifetime.

Anyone here is a Lifetime Diamond? Twelve years of Diamond status shouldn't be hard for some here.

I wonder if Hyatt meeting dividend points are included... It might be quite easy if you organize a few large conferences at a Hyatt....

I think it is quite easy for GP to look up your lifetime base points. I thought it was 10 years as Diamond, but I guess not. Don't think they should make it too easy and dilute the perk.
