Please fix the Airlines in your System
I just converted some stays from points to miles and it appears that Hyatt still thinks that CO exists. I told them to credit my UA account, and gave them my FF#, which is my old CO number, but they said it wasn't a valid number When they tried it with CO and the FF #, it worked. So my points stays are now miles stays.
Then I checked to see if I was registered for the miles promotion, and again, it wasn't taking properly. I asked them to input my "UA" number, and they said it wasn't valid. When they tried using CO, they told me CO wasn't participating
They were able to register me for it under UA with my old UA FF #.
So now I have miles crediting to my CO account using my CO FF#, and I'm registered for the promotion with a completely different FF # (old UA).
I doubt anything will post properly.
Hyatt PLEASE do something about this.

You're right. I guess I will just wait a while longer and call again and see if/when the miles are going to post.
They must have a pack of idiots running their IT department.

I believe from experience that this will workout for you. I had a dormant One Pass account with CO that had not had any activity since 1996. The 50,000 or so miles that I had in the account were combined with my UA mileage without my asking several weeks ago.

I sure hope so. But it's funny that one part of the system recognizes the account number as CO, and the other part says CO isn't participating, won't take the number, but will take UA with a UA FF number.
