Hyatt Concierge???
 

As a Hyatt Diamond, I just made a reservation over the web for the Hyatt Printers Row. I got the following confirmation back from Hyatt via e mail:

'conceierge @Hyatt.com
HOTEL CONFIRMATION... (yada yada)'
It ended with the statement:
GUEST PROFILE:
Name: XXXXXX

Since when did Hyatt start a Concierge service? Although it seems merely to be a confirm of my reservation and not in the least similar with Starwoods Concierge service.

I believe that Julie, our VERY wonderful yet seemingly not quite yet ubiquitous Hyatt FT lurker/assistant used to use the term Hyatt Concierge, no? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

The Concierge email address is just a web-based reservation confirmation. I think they went to that email address when they went to the new reservation system.
