Mostly curious about how generous they are/will be in ugrading globalists to whichever suites, standard or better.
So far I have not been able to use my TSU. Emailing so far did not work, either.

You'll probably get the corner suite with the onsen.

The presidential suite has a private sauna, but pretty sure there is no "onsen" anywhere on or near the premises.

Finished 9 nights here last month. Little unfair for them because I stayed at PHT right before this but overall decent.
Property is very very very old and located at the outskirt of the city .. uhm.. very far from busy part of Osaka.
But it was unbelievably affordable!
Don't understand their tax laws but I didn't pay any taxes. I did have up to three rooms at once. Cash rate, family rate, C+P. No taxes. Thought it was interesting.

The club lounge is moving back up to the 28th floor on August 1st.

Kind of sad that I won't be able to enjoy complimentary Royal Milk Tea in the Lobby Lounge anymore.

I wouldn't exactly say that the lounge is moving "back" up to the 28th floor, since it used to be on the 26th floor.

The 28th floor location should be quite nice, with high ceilings and large panoramic windows. Maybe they'll also leave some of the kitchen facilities from the restaurants that used to be on the 28th floor.

Thanks, I didn't catch that numerical difference.

I wonder if the 26th floor space will remain.

A convenience store is being built on the B1 floor near the elevators.

Access will probably be more restricted and it will also be a lot quieter.

Concept art of the new Regency Lounge:

Also, as the Bay Lounge no longer exists, the Manhattan Bar has been reopened.
