Not getting Diamond renewal package
Did anyone who re-qualified for Diamond after Dec 1st, 2016 receive their renewal package w/United pass? I requalified on Dec 1st and never received mine, called in and rep said they will send out WOH package instead in late Feb. just curious.

I requaled early December and never received a renewal package. You're not alone. Thanks for saving me a phone call.

I requalified at 60 nights in mid December and they sent me my Diamond Card for 2017 - 2018
